Arjan Auto's manufacturing system is based on Japanese techniques of single piece flow, Kaizen, Pokayoke, 3M, 3K, 3G & Kanban which ensures consistency in providing timely delivery of products to all our customers and to maintain consistent quality in every process.

We have an inhouse toolroom comprising of CNC wire cuts; manual and hydraulic surface grinders; milling machines; lathe machines etc. where we manufacture press tools, jigs and fixtures for own and outside customers.
Designing of press tools (dies), welding jigs and fixtures, assembly fixtures.
PRESS SHOP
High quality presses from reputed manufacturers are used.
Capacity of pressing loads range from 10 MT to 300 MT.
